Accounting for Kids® Day teaches the importance of financial literacy and inspires professionals to mentor and tutor Greater Cincinnati students.
Accounting for Kids Inc. has a mission to expose children at a young age to the fundamentals of finance so they can be empowered to develop skills that will last a life time. Also, our goal is to expose the hundreds of adult volunteers to the wonderful children in economically challenged schools so that they will consider becoming tutors and mentors and positive role models.
Accounting for Kids® Day is a financial literacy initiative offering CPA's and other professionals the chance to give back to their communities by volunteering to help children at local schools understand the fundamental concepts of finance, accounting and economics. In just a few hours of time one day, professionals can make an impact in the lives of these students.
