AWFUL!! A PERSON WORKS WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT HE IS DOING, THEY FILLED OUT THE TAX FORMS INCORRECTLY, TO REQUEST AN ITIN NUMBER, THEY ALSO FILLED OUT THE SHEETS WRONGLY. A DISASTER!! THE LADY NEVER ANSWERS, THE OFFICE CLOSED. THEY GOT ME AN APPOINTMENT ONE DAY TO SEE HOW IT COULD BE SOLVED. I ARRIVED AT THE OFFICE THE WOMAN NEVER OPENED THE OFFICE, NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS WHILE I WAITING OUTSIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT SHE MADE ME. THEY ARE UNRESPONSIBLE, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. I AM NOT THE ONLY 3 MORE KNOWN PEOPLE THE SAME HAPPENED TO THEM THEY HAD TO PAY MONEY THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE TO PAY. AND THOSE PEOPLE DO NOT EVEN COME OUT TO SHOW THEIR FACE. MAYBE THAT'S WHY THEY DON'T OPEN THE OFFICE. SHAME PEOPLE.
