Accuden Dental Lab is a full service laboratory, specializing in all dental implants and restorations.
Established in 1995, Accuden is a full service dental laboratory with combined certified technical experience of over 50 years in the dental industry specializing in crown, bridge and removable restorations. Accuden is owned and operated by expert technicians who are formally educated and certified in the field of technical dentistry. Our technicians have many years of experience as technical instructors and trainers, having worked closely with such dental schools as Loyola Dental School, Northwestern University School of Dentistry and University of Illinois’s School of Dentistry.
Our state of the art laboratory offers multiple crown and bridge materials and we accommodate most implant systems. We also carry and mill all Cerec inLab CAD/CAM products to provide service to Cerec Connect users. Accuden provides removable partials and dentures including Valplast partials as well.
All of our restorations are quality controlled by certified dental technicians to ensure accuracy and consistency. We offer a complete line of dental restorations, from single-surface inlays and onlays, conventional porcelain fused to metal crowns and bridges as well as all ceramic crowns and bridges (Empress and Zirconia). We guarantee that all of our products are made with the finest materials available.
Accuden Dental Laboratory uses a database in order to keep track of each case including, doctor communication, pick-up and delivery schedules, patient appointment times, status on the manufacturing process, Quality Control, invoice and other internal features. We document everything that pertains to each case and is stored into the database for future references.
Accuden Dental Laboratory maintains a high standard in order to provide three key elements.
• When we receive your case, it is immediately processed into our database before disinfection and inspection in order to avoid mix-ups. Any questions or concerns at this time, Accuden will conduct proper communication with your practice to resolve any issues.
• During manufacturing, individual doctor preferences are observed and are followed on each manufacturing step. Every material used by our technicians is handled with care and follow the manufacturer instructions.
• After the manufacturing process has been accomplished, each case forgoes a final Quality Control procedure using the same standard and criteria for each case with also includes that the doctor’s preference have been followed.
