Top notch pharmacy to receive your medbox by mail. Prompt service, always on time. If I ever had a question, the staff was able to help immediately. This service really helps my dad stay on top of his medicine.

Update with change on rating: The meds came at 9:17 am.  All is great.  Original message:  I was so looking forward to using Accudose.  Our client's medicine ran out last night.  I called at 4:32 yesterday afternoon and was assured it would to us in an hour.  At 5:57 yesterday evening I called again and was assured it would be to us in a couple hours.  At 9:15 this morning, an hour and fifteen minutes after his morning dose time, I was assured it was the first drop off, because deliveries stop at 5pm, yet last night after 5 pm I was assured by them that delivery was still going to arrive.  I am worried.  Should I be?

They put my autistic son's night meds in his morning packs for the entire month. We have had so many problems with them recently. Another instance was I got a bottle of my meds and the entire bottle, quantity of 90, was completely dumped out of the bottle and it was a huge mess when I opened the box. I ended up with pills all over my kitchen.  DO NOT GO TO ACCUDOSE!!

Accudose sincerely is a lifesaver. I signed up somebody very close to me that needed a way to remember taking the medicines that they need to take at the proper times. I did not even realize that there was a service out there like this. The customer service there was excellent and I am so grateful we reached out to them. They call to double check to make sure none of your medicines change and you receive it at your doorstep not to mention the prices are lower than any other pharmacy. You always get your medicines ahead so that you don’t run out of them. They are packaged so that you know to take morning afternoon or evening. I highly and strongly recommend Accudose you won’t be disappointed.

I am so glad I found them. No more counting out my meds every week I just open am daily pouch in the morning and at night. The staff has been so helpful if I have questions. And if my doctor phones in a new prescription I usually have it the same day or next day by ups. This saves me money, time, and long lines at regular pharmacy. Thank you Lucinda Carmichael

I don’t have to worry about missing my medication.  Name, day, time dosage amount of all medication in morning, afternoon, dinner and bedtime package and order. They call ahead to see if there are any changes, or issues.

Accudose has helped my family tremendously,  not to mention they have helped our local Alzheimer's community as well.  However I have some suggestions.  Perhaps a more bountiful inventory of known medications would be helpful to have on stock.  I.e  if a patient is known to take a certain medication every month perhaps the pharmacy should keep this medication on stock to ensure it's availability every month for this particular patient ,rather than having the patient wait.  Also auto refills should be implemteted; the demographic your catering to generally has a challenging time recalling when meds are due, an auto refill program would benefit both your demographic and staff genourusly.   Aside from that I have to say the team with accudose is fantastic, if it wasn't for the above mentioned I would have given accudose a 5 star rating customer service over the phone is fantastic, however one person's character face to face can be tweaked, there is a certain level of sarcasm that should be avoided during conversation.   All in all should you require prescription delivery services and convenient day to day blister packs to ensure your taking the proper meds on the right day Accudose is the place to go. I was someone who was with Walgreens as their pharmacy for many years. Now for the many months that I switched my pharmacy to Accudose. I can say that I definitely prefer the dependability, convenience, and friendly staff of Accudose Pharmacy over Walgreens.

I am new to Accudose. So far I am pretty much pleased with them. I like most is the delivery of my RX's...

Ive been very happy with their delivery service. They staff has been friendly and helpful. I love having my medications delivered.
