Caveat emptor. Accurate Accounting has no website or pay portal for HOAs/COAs. The whole operation is technologically behind the times and incredibly unprofessional in addition to being a faux and unconcerned "property manager". Although a legal agent, Joan Greene is not a real estate broker and not authorized by Florida law to act as a property manager. If you are a COA/HOA, she won't communicate and be transparent with your board of directors, specifically the treasurer.
The worst excuse for a "professional" establishment I've ever encountered. Before I could even introduce myself, I was told I can't move in with my FAMILY. Nothing but snide attitudes from the get-go. I hope nobody ever has to deal with these so called "professionals" because all I experienced was senior citizens with no understanding for family values.
They are wonderful. Joan handles our condo accounts, she also does our taxes. They also handle our personal things.
I advise against working with Joan Greene/Accurate Accounting Services. For me it was a very poor experience.
Dishonest, unethical and incompetent
