The IRS has an "offer in compromise" program where, depending on your current income, a large portion of the debt may be forgiven. Luis also explain the various business formation that include; Corporation, Partnership, LLC, S-Corporation, and Sole Proprietorship. Other services include payroll, tax planning, bookkeeping and accounting. Luis looks out for his clients by seeking the lowest amount of taxes due or highest possible refund legally. He also looks to minimize audit risk and avoids red flags that the IRS look for.
