Accurate recently did a job at my office. Our front door was basically locking people inside the building! We called Accurate for help who gave us a bid, reversed our door, added a push bar and overall fixed our issues! The guys worked hard from 9-12 with positive attitudes and smiling faces. We’re grateful for the wonderful job they did, they’re highly recommended.

I called because I had accidentally locked an inner door lock at work. Rob had a tech on the road immediately. 15 minutes later an employee had found a copy of the key. Since we got back to Rob quickly, he was able to cancel. I feel bad that we cancelled while the tech was on the road, but I'm amazed at the quality of customer service! I would highly recommend them!
The personnel at ASP Inc. are some of the best folks to deal with and I count on them for most all my work in the area. The only time we really don't use them is when they're too booked up helping all their other loyal customers. That doesn't happen often because they always seem to find a way to squeeze our work in. They're top notch and always on their A game. They have a serious fan here...... and lastly let me say this..... I work with lock companies all over North America every day securing my customers locations and these guys are in the top tier!!!!!! A+++++++
Wow, Accurate Security Pros saved the day for our office. We had an incredible experience with this company today. We had a lod annoying alarm go off at my work and we originally called our alarm company and they couldn't figure it out and they left us with no solutions. We called Accurate Security Pros and they came in and fixed the problem with ease. Steve was fast, efficient and exceptionally knowledgeable. He was like a super hero saving my day. Steve also had expectional people skills and talked to us so we could easily understand what the problem was and how he could help us. Outstanding, really! I would highly recommend using this company. Steve was friendly and super helpful.
Gentlemen, all ex military servicemen, are very helpful most especially Sir John Williams. I highly recommend the people employees here when you need anything about security for you personally as well as businesses.
Does anybody ever answer the phone? I have been trying to get my alarm serviced because it is not working for months now and still no answer. I left multiple message and still no return call. I am still waiting on a call back to fix my alarm. Customer service is none existent because no one answers the phone or even calls you back.
