Absolutely love Ace! Workers are always helpful albeit at times a bit tooooo much, but they almost always have what I need. More than any Lowes or home depot ever has. And now that I'm smoking meats, their BBQ section is second to none!!! I get everything here.
I just left this store. The two young workers that spoke to me were really nice and they called for help two times for me in the hardware section and I waited in aisle three for around 15 minutes and I’m not sure why there were people that came to the store after me that got immediate help. I was definitely being patient wasn’t loud. There was even a mixup that they thought that I was looking at the keys and not waiting for help with the hardware but even after confirming I had to wait until I left because no one was helping me so I’m going to a different hardware store.
Nice store, well organized, several employees are there to answer questions and to help you find things
This particular location is very respectful. Especially to us Veterans. I am appreciative of that. They also carry almost everything you’ll need, including a great variety of bbq and smoking material!
Walked into the store and was greeted by a salesman selling windows, I replied “No thank you though” I was in search of molasses for my garden, I noticed a lady stocking the shelf, but was not sure if she worked there since she was not wearing an Ace vestshe looked at me and continued what she was doing as I walked up and down the aisles for about 15 minutes, finally I asked her if she worked there, she replied “yes, I’m just not wearing my vest, it’s too hot” so then I asked her where to find the molasses since I looked on the website she replied “they lied” I’m giving it 3 stars since there is allot of attentive and helpful people usually, I suppose today was a bad day to go. I won’t go on a Saturday again
I used to enjoy shopping here, until JEANI OR JENNI, not sure of spelling, anywho. I went to EXCHANGE some hardware I purchased less than an 1hr ago, which LONNIE helped with. Attempting to exchange ONLY 2 of the 8 pcs, returning the 6, and PURCHASING 6 new pcs, she began to argue about how it was priced, I told her Lonnie had combined the prices, if she needed to confirm she can look herself for price of each item. I had 8 pcs total, combined price of $1.99, $0.69 & $1.39. The 6 new pcs I neded were combined price of $1.39, $0.69 & $0.70. I attempted to explain what Lonnie and I did, she immediately said I WILL HAVE A TALK WITH LONNIE. She then seemed bothered and angry, I told her FORGET THE EXCHANGE AND JUST CHARGE ME $1.99 FOR THE 6 I NEED AND FORGET THE EXCHANGE AND ALSO FORGET THE RETURN. She sure did not hesitate and charged me and gave me the total. I asked was my phone number applied? And also military discount? I gave her my phone number and showed her my RETIRED MILITARY ID CARD, I paid took receipt and she sarcastically said THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. What the heck is her problem? Why would she treat me as such? To find out Lonnie is her husband, she did not need to tell me she WILL TALK TO HIM. This lady needs some remedial customer service training or find a different job. She should not abuse ANY CUSTOMER, ESPECIALLY UNITED STATES MILITARY SERVICEMEMBERS.
Always have the strange little things that I cannot find at Home Depot and Lowes. Save the trip and come here first.
Went for traeger pellets and rub . Found all the flavors I wanted and more. Cashier was very helpful and even asked if I was a veteran so I could get a discount. Very helpful staff
Very nice, big, "little" hardware store. Surprisingly large assortment of items. Pretty good prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not all the big items would would find at a Lowes or Home Depot, but more variety of the smaller, everyday items you might want. Not as good power tool selection. I'll be back.
Large variety of supplies, great service, fair prices. Fixed the screen door for my RV.
