ACE Convenience

I came here a few nights ago to buy some snacks after stopping at another store in the plaza as I have been doing for months and noticed a new snack being promoted right on the front counter. Usually, there are varieties of international snacks here so it wasn’t much of a surprise to see pink Japanese oreos. I bought a pack for almost double the display price shown display said $2.49 but cost $4.50 but didn’t pay too much attention to it since it was a few dollars anyways. When I got home I opened the package to a strong, fermented wine smell that didn’t seem right. I translated the package using an online language scanner and was shocked to find out that they were just regular sakura flavoured oreos and not some alcoholic flavour… Upon exploring the packaging I found an expiry date of January 15th 2023 in MULTIPLE areas, so not only are these oreos overpriced, they’ve been expired for more than half a year. I’m extremely disappointed that management would sell something so beyond expired considering there are kids who come here to buy snacks and wouldn’t know any better than to spend $5 on expired garbage. Ace convenience has lost a loyal customer.

They have everything, store looks full with all essentials to daily items. I just came for quick drink and they have munch of different variety. Also the collection of fireworks! It was crazy. Also one of the Conveniece store i have been who has rewards program. Bingo to the store! #supportlocal

Man, these people are too kind. Always helping to make sure you find what you need, every employee shows respect to everyone that walks through those doors, I also lost my wallet yesterday and of course being the great people they are they had it safe for me after finding it around the store and keeping it safe I live fairly close to Ace so I’m there alot, and I’ve pretty well gotten to know the employees after a good amount of time, but even my first walk in was a friendly vibe from the beginning. I really appreciate these people

Ace Convenience is the best 24 hours a day. Great prices on everything. Nice helpful staff at all three stores in the plaza.

All the staff are excellent and try their best to get to know the people who go into the store. Not to mention They are quick with a smile and often a joke. They have a huge variety of items from laundry, to pet food, groceries, candy, and a ton of other items including smoking supplies, and even small gift items such as hats or nail polish. They also have the very best price in the city on cigarettes.

The most versatile convenience store in Windsor, they carry SO many little things that are hard to find after 7PM, and for that I love them. They've been super genuine and friendly people since I started going there years ago, and are very selective with their staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Also if you can't find certain brands of Cigarettes they'll order you just about anything.

No fresh groceries. Don't go

great place for you every need at any need, has a convenience store with everything you could possibly shake a stick at, an open 24hr, aslo has a vape shop, an a smoke shop for your herbal needs and conveniently has a grub spot attatched

Small store in the corner sometimes I forget it's there but it has a lot of things you might be looking to buy real quick

almost everything you can find here at supermarket price and with good customer service. store guys helps to get new items for us personally
