The doctor and his team are amazing. From the beginning, the doctor sat down and talked with me about his concerns, the procedure, etc. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and in excellent care with Dr. Saeed and team. I have had a moderate level of anxiety going to dentists in the past, but it was completely minimized here because of the kindness, knowledge, and care of everyone here. Thank you!
So my work isn't completely done yet, the work that has been done thus far looks amazing! Dr. Saeed and his staff are a younger team of professionals, superb, accommodating and knowledgeable. If my smile looks so nice now, after having the preliminary work done, I can only imagine what the finished result will be. I'm beyond thrilled!
Dr Adam Saeed is wonderful.Along with his amazing staff. He treated both my daughters for Ortho. Their teeth look amazingly beautiful. Almost like they aren’t real!!! He gentle and kind and you can definitely tell he really loves what he does in making everyone fall in love with their smile and self again. He also has extracted my wisdom teeth. Professional in ever aspect. Definitely would recommend him to everyone. The best dentist I have ever been too by far.
Had a 10AM consultant appointment today. Appointment was confirmed by text the previous day. Arrived at 9:45 and nobody there. Another patient waiting said looks like a repeat of last week. He explained he had a appointment the previous week and nobody was there to open the office. He called Lombard office and they said that 99.9% sure someone was in the office in the back and they would call them to open the office. Waited with now 4 other patients and 10AM came and went without office being opened so I left. On the drive home Ace Dental called to see if we were running late for the appointment. Explained we were there for the appointment and we left because office wasn't open. They called me a liar and said they were there at 10AM. Won't be back. If your not professional enough to open office on time. Or honest enough to admit mistake.
Where do I start? From my start of treatment to the end I was treated like family. The receptionist Renee always greeted me by name made sure I understood my treatment plan and answered any questions I had regarding billing. I never experienced any pain and throughout my procedure everyone made sure I was ok. Donna , Hugo and Renee are the best. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care.
Great dentistry from everyone here. I have been dealing with tooth pain and being self conscious about my teeth for my entire life. Thanks to the great folks at ace dental I no longer deal with either of these things. I have a great new set of teeth and at a reasonable cost. We had one hiccup after my work was done and they went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected in a timely manner. The All on 4 procedure has been one of the most life-changing experiences of my life and my only regret is a did not have it done sooner. ALL ON FOUR, A+ service, Worth every penny. Thank you everyone at Ace Dental for everything
If you’re looking for an ABSOLUTELY great place to go for your oral care, I, without a doubt, highly recommend Ace Dental!! I can more so speak from the perspective of braces because this is the treatment I’ve received. However, Dr. Saeed and ALL of the technicians have always went above and beyond for me! The customer service is phenomenal and I’ve honestly never had a bad encounter with any of the staff! My braces treatment took a little over a year and it flew by because of their hospitality and professionalism. Towards the end of my journey, I asked for spacers so that I could have veneers placed on two of my teeth. When I tell you Dr. Saeed and his staff made sure I was comfortable and happy with my smile, all while awaiting my veneers to be made AND the process it was...I mean it! Twice, Dr. Saeed had created temporary teeth for me and the process isn’t short or easy, just so that I didn’t have to walk around feeling uncomfortable or insecure about my smile until my veneers were ready! Even through this pandemic, the hospitality, professionalism, and SATISFACTION here at Ace Dental NEVER wavered! You’re looking for a place that does more than the bare minimum? This is it! :
Dr azam Saeed did an amazing job with my teeth. From removing my wisdom tooth and to putting me on braces. Every single appointment that had with him he made sure that my teeth is progressing. Overall great dentist I would recommend him to anyone. His staff at both the Lombard and Hoffman estates location has been very helpful.
Let me start by saying that I’m probably one of the worst patients when it comes to teeth. Since I found about Ace dental center and Dr. Saeed, I feel so much more comfortable going and have work done on my teeth. The doctor and his assistants not only are doing a great job with my teeth but also with my confidence. Every single time I go, they make me feel relaxed and you can tell that they care about their patients. Dr. Saeed is a perfectionist and won’t do unnecessary work. I recommend this place if you’re looking to get a perfect smile! For me, it’s so worth driving 20 miles to get there. This great experience starts from the moment you walk in and see the girls in the front desk who are kind and super friendly.. They’ve made me change my mind about going to the dentist!
I got my Wisdom teeth removed at Ace Dental as well as a cleaning. Both Dr. Azam Saeed and his assistant were amazing. My first two teeth were out before I even realized he started. The staff is friendly and throughout the process I was shown my care and comfort were their number 1 priority. They constantly asked if I was in any pain I wasn’t and I wouldn’t even dream of going anywhere else. I was nervous about getting them removed, but my experience was immeasurably less painful than any stories I had heard about getting wisdom teeth removed from other places!
