I’d give them 5 stars only because Ethan is the best worker there but the new girl they just hired is absolutely horrible. She’s nasty and very rude to customers! I wish they would fire her. I won’t be back which is a shame because I really liked the store.
Kenny The New Manager at this store location is not only professional but definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service! He is by far an asset to this establishment; And is Not Bare Minimum which is hard to come by these days! Thank you Again Kenny for all of your help yesterday ! YOU Rock!
I like to support local businesses and this is definitely one of my tops. i wouldn’t have said this a year ago but since then they have done nothing but show me professional courtesy and knowledge. It’s my go to place and a breath of fresh air compared to Lowes. They have exceeded my expectations and really came along way in customer service. Im proud to call them my local Hardware store .
I stopped there for my mom and got top soil and potting soil I asked for help due to my back problems no one helped or ever came out to help. I waited 15 mins the lady called for help 2 times and she said sorry but I sure made it know no one helped me when I asked for help. So I got it my self and almost fell. I'll never go to this ace again lazy lazy lazy people. Don't help no one !
Awesome and friendly customer service, didn’t catch the man’s name who helped me load the salt bag into my car tonight, but shout out to him! Will be a returning customer now.
Bought ego trimmer broke after two uses! Took here for warranty repair, took over three months to fix! They blamed ego for unavailability of parts, ego claims part was shipped right away! Someone was lying! Long story short don’t buy ego products and Definitely don’t take anything here for repair!!!
I was searching around for some specific electrical boxes that none of the other stores had. The staff went above and beyond on the phone for me to ensure they had them in stock before we drove up to Mt. Dora to get them. This is the difference of a local store compared to the big box stores that just don’t care. Five stars all the way for this experience and I thank you for making me feel important.
Manager needs to give Ethan a raise! Boy works hard and is always on top of his game. Better than all the employees in there put together!
