Absolutely impressed by Kaptein's Ace Hardware! The store packs an incredible variety of products into its space, easily outclassing the big box competitors. The staff is incredibly helpful, offering expert advice and friendly service. A must-visit for all your hardware needs!
We've been shopping at Kaptein's Ace Hardware for many years! The employees are always friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and really well-organized. The garden section is especially nice! But they have everything else you'd expect from an Ace too, from hardware and fasteners to paint, yard decorations, power tools, keys, plumbing and electrical, grills, fire pits, cleaning supplies, and more. There's plentiful parking as well.
Decent selection and their willingness to order to the store parts your looking for is great. They assemble some items for you as well and then you can just pick up. Friendly and knowledgeable garden center staff as well.
It has been long time no visit since COVID, last Saturday I went there to pick up my order, everything was super. Kris served special Saturday treat, smelled delicious, she was the sweetheart arranged my order, it was so easy, she just asked item no. and my name, no phone #, credit card info. required. I feel being trust. This store has every hardware you name it. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, it is pleasant to drop by, and see the store being running well and strong.
My husband and I came into Ace to get some keys made. There was a wide variety of key designs to choose in addition to regular plain keys. The staff was super friendly and the keys were high quality. They all worked when tested in the lock.
Came to buy moving boxes for a client. The staff was very helpful. The products I looked at and purchased while waiting were good and nicely priced.

Prices used to be more competing with other stores and had a horrible experience with a older gentleman who was opening the store. So rude! If you don't like people then don't work in a position for customer service
