Ace Hardware

Thought we were patronizing a small business with friendly people and instead we got an unfriendly, unhelpful girl. Not sure if it was because we were white but she was extremely helpful and pleasant to the spanish speaking person ahead of us. I give 2 stars atleast because it still has the old dusty wood floors and small town 50's vibe.

Great store. I like how they write all the orders still by hand on little memo pads. No computers or high technology around. Good service and Americana at its best. Nice traditional store supplying great values. I like their support of the Republican party too. Got to love America!

This place sucks. Came in on March 27th 2018 at around 1pm. One guy working the counter who was very obviously talking to his girlfriend or friend the entire time. Came in to buy zip ties. Told him what I needed them for and he said what I picked was fine. Well it wasn't fine so I had to go back in to get bigger ones. Never offered to help or even exchange the ones he told me to buy. Ended up buying more and more why he sat around with his friend. Never go here!!!

I was pleased to discover that the inventory in the back room is quite extensive so don't be discouraged if you don't see what you need up front. The staff is very helpful.

Nice little shop. Has the basics and necessities. Don't expect to go here and see what a box brand store stocks. Small shop, but pretty darn good inventory.

I enjoy shopping at Williams Hardware. The customer service is excellent.

I will never go back again to this place, I went to exchange something that I buy for something cheaper and the guy charge me the same price for it..!!! Better check your receipt before you walk out of the store

The nicest customer sevice ever!...THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! AND MEAN THE WORST!! CASH/DEBIT CHECK OUT SALES SYSTEM IVE EVER SEEN!!.. EXPLANATION?? POOR INTERNET CONNECTION!!...STANDING THERE SO LONG I OFFERED TO PAY CASH. BUT WAS TOLD AT THIS POINT I COULDN'T. SO I JUST WATCHED THEIR T.V UNTIL IT WENT THRU

Moved here a few months ago from NYS and this is the most helpful and friendly place. Great little store with a good selection.

They had what i needed. Prices are a bit higher than in Yuba or Woodland but thats just Williams.
