Could be a great experience if you go during the week, clean and organized. Workers are usually quick to help you if you are looking for something never had any issues as I said, make sure you come on the weekdays when there’s never a line it gets extremely busy in here on the weekend

Bought a seal for the tank on my toilet, the staff and cashier were nice and friendly.

Nice store, but remove the plexy glass at register. It's so stupid to get my bags through that 6" slot.

I like to support local businesses, rather than the big box stores. ACE has a great selection, and their prices are surprisingly competitive. Their staff is also much more knowledgeable and helpful than the big box stores. Reminds me of the local hardware store that I shopped 30 years ago, when I lived out east.

Excellent service! Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. I don't feel uncomfortable asking questions. I know I'm getting great advice and feel confident when I make my purchases.

The staff there is pretty friendly and I've never had an issue. But their selection for a lot of items is pretty small. And their prices seem to be higher than local competition. So the choice to me seems to be 'go to one of the big competitors and get what you want for cheaper' or 'have a slightly better shopping experience but pay more for something that isn't quite what you want'.

Best hardware store around . The people always work to help you solve problems and they have many many fasteners to help get the job done. It's kind of like the olden days. I love this place.
