Because of the welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable personnel, it's always a pleasure to visit Griggs for hardware or equipment for my home projects. I love it when I can find fishing lures that are out of stock elsewhere.
Rude staff, never has propane and doesn't even put a sign out, so you wait in line just to be told they have none. Go to the Richland store, they are much nicer and always seem to have things in stock. This is closer to my house, but I will not ever be going here again.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Made a $1200 order online to be picked up at the location. I received an email saying the order was ready so I Called to confirm and was told there is no order and treated terribly by the manager on the phone. Questioned like I was a criminal and given attitude when I asked for my 1200 since they took the money out of my account and I’m getting nothing in return. He told me it wasn’t his problem and hung up on me. I felt like I was robbed. Worst customer I’ve service I’ve ever experienced. If you don’t enjoy your job you should find a new job instead of mistreating people for asking about money they work hard for. I hope you figure it out. I’ll never spend another dime in there.
A nice clean store, with friendly staff. This visit, I knew exactly what I needed, and the employee was quick to get the key for the locked cabinet and get me on my way. I also love that they support NFC payments Google Pay for sure, and probably Apple pay, so checking out was quick, painless, and keeps my credit card info secure.
Ace hardware is always been a favorite of mine and this store up here in Kennewick is fantastic they have a wonderful crew working there
Competition for Walmart all day. They have a little of everything. They are an Ace Hardware store also. Prices are good and you will find unique items as well. Lock your doors and don’t leave anything in your car. Not the greatest of areas.
They had the 30lb pull magnet I needed, but not single 00 screwdrivers. I was able to get the entire set I needed next door @Dollar Tree tho!

Hands down my favorite hardware store in the Tri-Cities! This place has a nice, hometown feel with employees who are helpful for whatever you need. They have a great paint department and a great selection of many other items. If I can avoid going to a big box hardware store, I do it. Where do I go? Ace Hardware in Kennewick!
