Ace of Diamonds

My husband and daughter went here to get charms for my Pandora bracelet. The Pandora website had the item they purchased for 50% off but the store wouldn't honor that offer and they had to pay full price. Will definitely stick to purchasing thru the website. UPDATE: Ace of Diamonds has reached out to us regarding this transaction. First I would like to correct my statement. The charm was actually 35% off, not 50 as I had stated my husband had the actual post saved on his phone. After speaking to Mary the manager, she was more than sorry that the sales price was not honored by the employee working that day and did not hesitate to apologize. She was very kind and accommodating when she spoke to my husband and did offer to correct the error. Thank you Mary, we definitely WILL be back for more jewelry in the future. I applaud your customer service!!!

I had an awesome experience working with Ace of Diamonds! Mary helped me find the perfect solution for my mom’s diamond from her engagement ring. We found the perfect band in the consignment case and they were able to order a head for it to put my mom’s diamond in it! Mary took the extra time to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. She kept in contact with me and was excited as I was when it was done! I would definitely recommend this locally owned business!

If I could give them more stars I would. Brought my grandpa's ring in for resizing and repairs. They polished the ring as well as resizing it. You couldn't even see a seam or anything where they had repaired the ring and added sizes. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and willing to walk you through how they charge and talk to you about your piece as well. Definitely will go back for any future work or jewelry.

Hands down, the BEST jeweler around!! The staff are amazing. I specifically worked with Mary. She was very kind, informative, and made the purchasing experience fantastic. My diamond was set and created an incredibly beautiful ring that will last a lifetime!

SO happy with Ace! I wear my late father's St. Mary necklace, which I believe he wore when he was in WWII, so it is VERY prescious to me. The small ring-link had opened somehow by accident, and I temporarily lost it, but luckily it was in my home! I took it in to Ace to see if they could fix it somehow; they were unsure whether this tiny ring could be welded or not, but they pulled it off! Hats off to Ace for being simply AWESOME!!
