I came to get a car stereo, back up cam installed. They took me in pretty last minute, they were pretty busy and they still accommodated for me. The installation didn't take any more than 3 hours and I was sent home. After coming home and playing with the new system I noticed just a little hiccup for my new system. I called Ace sounds back and they wanted me to come in that same day so they can take a look. They resolved the issue and did a fantastic job explaining the new system, I'll definitely bring all my vehicles there again!

Ace Sounds was a great experience. I contacted them about a remote starter for my mother's vehicle. First they beat everyone else's price on a quality viper smart start unit. Then they were able to get us an appointment for the install right away. Everything was done very professionally. They even went above and beyond and helped my mom out with a glitch her iPhone was having! We are really grateful for the service. These are honest people that do quality work. Thanks guys!

I had a sub and amp installed in my 2017 Ford F150. They did a great job and were very careful with the vehicle. They have very fair prices and have great customer service. I will definitely go back for future stereo needs.

I had 4 in-door speakers and 2 tweeters installed to replace the lousy stereo in my 2014 Subaru Impreza. I spoke with a man named Diego who quoted me 50-100$ less than any other car stereo people he initially said 160$ on the phone. He and another employee finished the job in about a half hour and he ended up charging me 100$, because he said it was easier than he expected. I'm 3 months out and loving the new sound - huge improvement. Overall very polite and professional. The store has a waiting area with coffee, couches, and a TV. Highly recommend

I did my research. Ace Sounds is simply the best place to do business with. I recently added an Auto start to my 2013 Toyota. Melissa knows all about the services they provide and Diego is absolutely fantastic. This business couldn't provide a better customer service experience than they do. I drove in unannounced with a half-installed back-up camera when I realized I had gotten in over my head. They squeezed me in immediately, and the prices were so good there I got a remote-start and a new radio. They even added some custom switches to the radio at no extra charge. Seriously, the best and most affordable place I’ve found anywhere near Chicago. They did 4 hours worth of work and installed 3 different systems for less than other shops quoted giving me just a remote-start install. YOU NEED TO COME HERE! Diego is THE MAN!

Spoke to Diego. Good guy. Had a remote start installed and was offered a discount from what i originally saw. Quick service and so far, everything is working great. Given a good warranty too. I believe this is a new guy running the place so past reviews are irrelevant now.
