Bernie, Jason and the many professionals and staffmembers at BNA are my long-standing choice for both my corporate and personal tax preparation and advisory services. They are astute, they work hard and they operate with an extremely high level of integrity. I trust them completely.

I am bad when it comes to finances. This has gotten me into significant trouble, in the past. When I started my own business I knew that I would need help in this area. A mentor of min recommended BNA. I wouldn't be in business without these guys expertise. They give me the best advice. They make my life very easy. They should charge me much more than they do!

I contacted Mr. Ackerman's office to seek financial advise on behalf of my mother. He was recommended by a financial advisor at our bank. After going through the proper protocol an online request I received no call back from his office. After two weeks of waiting to hear from them, I called to only get an answering machine. Still no call back. Am extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism and timeliness.

I am a third-generation BNA client. I have worked with a couple of their accounts and everyone has made themselves available at a moments notice to help with any problem I have. They do my personal and business taxes and I and every interaction with them feeling more confident about my decisions.

If you make less than 6 figures a year, prepare yourself to be ignored. Your emails won't be returned, even when they give you an estimated date of getting back to you...you MIGHT get something 2-3 weeks after that. I'm sorry, but if I'm going to pay you for a service, I expect to be treated with the same respect as Joe Millionaire.
