Came to this Acme for the first time the other day to get some bananas and a few other items and it’s a very nice and very clean Acme it has a very nice layout and was pretty easy to find all that I needed but at first it was kind of hard to find the bananas because they had two different sections of them in the produce area and there also wasn’t much of a selection of fresh bananas either most of the ones they had looked old and like they only had a few days left as well as there weren’t a lot of full banana bundles instead there were a lot of like bundles of like 3-4 bananas. But besides that all the other fruits and veggies looked great and they have a great selection of products throughout the store which is great too. I would definitely come back if and whenever I’m in the area.
I just experienced racism at its finest at the supermarket the white female customer service people treat the blacks terrible. They do not greet you like they do the others and I just experienced that I was waiting for the customer service lady to finish with one of our customers when the person walked away she looked at me and did not say can I help you I didn't realize that I was next she just stared at me until I had to say something. So when I was done she opens her mouth to the lady in back of me and says hello can I help you today.. and I told her you greet her and ask her what she want but you wouldn't say nothing to me and we all know why was that.
This location clearly does not want customers!!!! The store is open until 11 yet by 8pm the “enter” doors are closed locked and blocked off. Then to make it worse they don’t even leave the first lane open to get into the store. Like some weird power play they make you walk halfway down the exit hallway in order to get in. It’s insane and I cannot believe this is allowed.
Beware and avoid. I did a typical shopping trip, but time was too latea little after 6 to cook at a reasonable hour so I grab the prepackaged 8 piece chicken for my family. I get home to find pieces of chicken missing. Unfortunately this was not the first time this happened so I called customer service for a resolution but was treated in a dishonorable way as if my time and money spent at the store meant nothing. No longer shopping here.
Friendly Customer Service Associates in every corner of the Store. Clean and always a Shopping Cart available no matter how busy it is. And Door Dash is available for Delivery from this Store. I haven't felt this comfortable Shopping for Groceries since a Child.
Today was the best of ACME Markets. Good parking. Great selection. Good customer service. Very clean and well laid out.
Good price, fresh fruits and rest I like about this place. But during night time they keep just one counter open and that creates long queues. They should keep self service kiosk open with just one or two employees. However the price in this location is pretty good. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and looks delicious . Now this location is selling alcoholic beverages and they have pretty good collection. Bakery and dairy products are great. They should focus on the replenishment of shelves more frequently. As a regular customer I found the staff very helpful and friendly most of the time. Which is one of the major reasons I visit this place on a regular basis. Friendly staff are very important for any business and I always appreciate that.
My old dear friends, former store managers of the acme markets Ed walsh, John McKean Tom McKean his brother These great managers store managers are retired no longer with Acme markets. But the same values and great customer service still exist today, thank you love Norman
I do all my shopping at this acme, but after today I will no longer be a customer. A cashier by the name of Paris S. was very rude to me. I waited in line & she put a person in back of me before me because they only had 3 items. The customer said it’s ok I have patience but she insisted. She came from behind the register & pretty much took his items out of his hands. You wait in line for a reason. She was the only cashier. I was greeted with “ he only has 3 items behind you so ima ring him first”. No hi or anything. She also said it with an attitude. I didn’t get a thank you or your welcome. I continued to treat he nice while I was being disrespected. Some people just shouldn’t serve the public if they can’t handle it. Thanks Paris S for loosing a long time customer.
The quality in this store has decreased over the past 3 years and getting worse. It's as if they get the produce for free and sell this garbage to us. I have shared this concern with staff and management for years. My last attempt was to reach out to the corporate office and I received no reply.
