Act II Consignment has been at the heart of Historic Hilton Village, in Newport News, Va since 1971. It started as a small consignment store, but has grown to be one of the largest, most diverse, consignment stores on the peninsula. On January 1, 2017, the previous manager of 20 years, Karen Gray and her three daughters, Vanessa, Nicole, and Andrea, bought Act II. Since the store has always been a part of their family, it only made sense to for them to continue Act II's legacy. They gave Act II a face-lift and reopened Act II as Act II Consignment Boutique, LLC. The new and improved Act II is a place where family meets friendship, and of course lots of great deals. The Gray girls are focused on the best customer service, giving back to the community, and being a blessing to others. Stop in and say Hi!
CONSIGNMENT POLICY:
We pride ourselves in taking only new or gently worn, up-to-date, brand name, quality merchandise. You may consign clothes, shoes, belts, and purses. When you bring in clothes for consignment, they must be on hangers, clean, pressed, and in excellent condition. We accept consignments MONDAY-WEDNESDAY 10-4pm. There is a 30 piece limit per week. The date your clothes are priced and put in the computer is your contract date and is valid for 60 days. After 60 days, unsold and unclaimed merchandise will become the sole property of Act II. If you wish to pick up any items that did not sell you must come by that 60 day period before the contract expires.
As the consignor, you will receive 50% of the listed price and checks are issued at the end of your contract period. All prices are set by store personnel and may be reduced at any time within the consignment period in order to sell your items quickly and for the best possible price.
