I've had insurance with ACT for about 2 1/2 years now.  Each time I contact them I am greeted with unparalleled professionalism and attention to detail.  They are always concerned with my coverage, affordability and provided excellent customer service.  I found their rates to be very competitive with the "big guys" and in my case, they have been much more affordable!  I recommend you give ACT a call when you are looking for home, auto and any other insurance needs!

The worst customer service you could expect. I was searching for the lowest rate possible, and asked simple questions about coverage. Not only would the associate not answer my questions but she hung up on me. Because of "rising costs" I had to leave Nationwide, but they were the most friendly and helpful people imaginable. Even when I informed them I was leaving they helped me with quotes.

Craig Crews and his staff saved me money and provided better coverage on my cars, boat and home, I have never had a company or an agent work this hard for me since I have had insurance over 25 years ago.  Wow service in the insurance business it does exist here

The rudest woman I've had to deal. Straight hung up on me!!!!
