This is the great company. I working in procurement and I came there unannounced. Randy was so polite that he gave me a tour. I was surprised how clean and organized the manufacturing side. Engineers are smart ready to support your projects. They have everything you need for Tape and Reel, Lead Forming and IC Programming. If you need a custom tape and reel mold, it will be made for you less than in one day. If you need to design or make a PCB, Action IR should be the first company on your call list. They can do even rigid-flex and RF PCBs. If you have an Electrical background and you don't know what is the Place-N-Bond Underfilm technology, google it! This technology can give you a significant improvement in the reliability of your PCBA.
