I asked to rent a truck and the guy did not rent it to me. He asked me what i needed the truck for and i told him i do cement work and my truck broke down. When i went out to get my insurance card he asked my workers. Thet gave him a different answer. Then when i walked in he asked me again. I told him for work. Then he laughed and said no. I went to Aba Daba on Auburn and had no issues. This whit guy is crazy. I will never go there or send anyone there. F this place. They waisted my time for no reason.

Not very professional....equipment is not checked prior to being loaned/rented..No checklist to go through with customer. I rented a car trailer that had a missing ramp..I did not notice until it was time to unload the vehicle, the vehicle was loaded on by a forklift at the auto auction...I called to get help from the business and they kept implementing that it was lost on the trip to pick up the vehicle, I kept telling her everything else there except for the ramp..

I called and ask for an equipment they told me yes we have it ready when I came they told me sorry we don’t have a day wasting my time

Great place to rent from. They load your equipment fast and safely. There rentals are new and I never had a problem with them on the job site. The staff at the register can seem mad sometimes. Expect additional fees when returning equipment.

Friendly professional staff. Always happy with their service. Would've have given five stars but last time I rented they made my job a lot harder by renting me the wrong tool. I'm not mad, just not giving five stars.

My first time at action rentals and I felt like i was in a small town hardware store. Everyone is pleasant and it seemed like they enjoyed working where they're at which made the whole experience awesome.  thank you all an extra rentals

I had a very bad experience here. I rented a smaller bobcat, I believe 36" bucket. The women at the desk told me that the it would would work just fine. I even asked one of the guys helping my load the trailer if it would at least pull through small roots and he said it would. It would not even pull through 1/2 ich roots. I already tilled the soil in my front yard so it was originally nice and powder like. I used it for about 20 minutes before I realized it was not powerful enough to even lift a full bucket of soil. I called and got nothing but attitude from the supervisor. They sent the mechanic to my house and he also could not grab a full bucket because of the lack of power. When I expressed all of this when returning it, the same women I rented it from had little to say and offered nothing. I paid full price and only used the machine for about 3 out of 8 hours. The lady also offered me an adaptor for the trailer which I realised later she charged me for without even telling me the price. Had I known better, I would have gotten a more powerful machine or went elswhere. Everyone I spoke to told me it would work just fine.

Knowledgeable staff. Awesome customer service. Good prices. I ve lived on Lemon Hill for over 40 years and Action rentals is the only place i would ever recommend.

Great service fast and friendly. Was able to provide tables and chairs for my daughter in loves and sons baby shower only a couple days before. I will be returning.

Rented a water transfer pump over the weekend. Great product, quality equipment, reasonably priced, pleasant customer service. We will be back for future needs. Recommend to others in the Sacramento area.
