-Women's Running Camps: Training camps for women runners of all levels. Combine trail running with camaraderie and delicious home-cooked nutritious meals. These camps focus on efficient running form, physical and mental training, and overall wellness.
-Trail Running Camps: Co-ed training camps designed to spread the joy of trail running. These camps focus on trail running techniques, form, gear, nutrition, and more.
- Estes Trail Ascent: US Trail Running Conference for runners of all levels - from newbie to ultra-marathoner. Includes a section specifically for Trail Race Directors.
- Activacuity: A training program for your mind. Our powerful app focuses on visualization techniques through positive guided imagery and is a must for runners looking to take their skills and passion to the next level. Launching September 2015.
All our running camps and the Estes Trail Ascent - US Trail Running Conference take place in majestic Estes Park, Colorado - a runner's paradise at the base of Rocky Mountain National Park boasting more than 355 miles of trails, more than 300 days a year of sunshine, clean clear air, and majestic views in every direction.
