Highly recommend The Active Spine Center. Dr. Kriz is my practitioner of choice for ten years and my quality of life is always improved after visiting. The high degree of care, attention, knowledge and expertise always offered regarding my chiropractic needs at this establishment cannot be overstated; every visit has been stellar. My 91-year-old mother has also received treatments and care there not long ago, and she's always ready to recommend it to others because she, too, had such a positive experience. Update: Back again. My husband just had his first appointment with Dr Smith. He went over his medical history and his concerns very thoroughly. We know his situation is not a quick fix. His first adjustments with him were great and have given him some relief with his pain already. Highly recommend this chiropractic office.
Our whole family, including young children, have been going to active spine center for over 5 years. It's always a wonderful experience. Both doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our overall health has improved immensely. The office is clean and the staff are welcoming. I am always recommended them to friends, family and anyone who's interested. We are definitely lifelong customers.
Everybody in Active Spine Center is friendly and very accommodating. There are literally no wait times to get in and be seen. Dr Kriz listens with care and concern over issues then explains the treatment needed to correct in addition to helpful tips to avoid further issues. She also has made helpful recommendations on supplements that have really saved me! It’s like having a friend who’s covered by my insurance
I was in discomfort and searching for anything to remedy the pain and tightness I was feeling. I walked in to Active Spine Center and the staff was incredibly helpful and were able to get me in the next day. After 3 adjustments in 2 weeks I’m no longer having the issues I walked in with. The staff is super friendly and the office is very clean. I’m self pay and it’s very affordable. I’m so glad I gave this a try.
I’m just starting out on my journey to less pain with use of chiropractics and massage therapy but so far my experience has been excellent! I look forward to going each time and feel better after. They are very knowledgeable and were able to pin point my problem areas to develop a treatment plan.
We come regularly to Dr Smith for our adjustments. He is friendly and fun but he is also committed to his patients. He has often looked at my labs and given me tips and easier explained reasons for what is going on than I could make out from my drs. He really cares about his patients and their quality of life.
I came in with concerns of a back/spine injury and was met with a combative and demeaning response from Dr. Smith. He consistently downplayed my concerns in the first 5 mins of my appt even after expressing previous experiences with cancer and potential for bone loss. The outcome I was looking for was for him to momentarily listen, validate concerns, make an adjustment and send me home with movements to help with healing. Instead Dr. Smith told me he was too frustrated to make an adjustment, that i still have to pay for the appointment and then left me to find my way out of his office. I am deeply frustrated with his lack of care and unprofessional demeanor.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Kriz and Dr. Smith truly care about the patients needs and address the problems accordingly by suggesting care plans and alternative treatment. They both are thoroughly knowledgeable and practice the most current treatment available. Highly recommend this facility for injury care or preventative care.
I love seeing Mr. Smith. He makes me comfortable and always has a good story to tell. I've been seeing him for around 10 years and my joints thank him every visit. If you are afraid of seeing the chiropractor but need one he is one I would highly recommend!
