Jasmine went above and beyond helping me with my meds and I can't be more thankful than I am right now. She is an earth angel! The whole staff is wonderful and also helped my husband with his heart medications. We are extremely grateful and thankful to have them as our pharmacy
I suffer seizures and I needed a refill they keep telling me to go to my doctor or go to the ER. You don't tell a seizure patient that they don't have time to wait on stuff like this to have seizures in front of you so you can see what you're not doing I need my prescriptions filled you guys have been feeling them this whole time without any of this go visit my doctor stuff and this whole time. I'm going to have to sue the entire medical does a terrible I've been without my meds 4 weeks it's dangerous they don't do anything for me to e.r. I'm just going to do the whole medical field
The Acton Vale pharmacy and Jasmine were amazing. They went far out of they way to make sure I had my medication. I haven't had this level of customer service in years. Thank you, Acton Vale Pharmacy.

Had my COVID-19 vaccine here and I could not have loved it more. Seriously can’t recall how long it’s been since I enjoyed 30 mins in the company of “strangers” more than I did yesterday at Acton Vale Pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff were like rays of warm sunshine and they made me feel as though I’ve been a customer for years. The small town family feel was strong, and it made me proud to have lived the first 24 years of my life in Acton. I miss my hometown! Do yourself a favor and find a reason to head in there and support the business—it’s a treasure!
They take such could care of their clients; they really care about us. Emma and the staff go out of their way to make sure they are getting you the best price for your medication. Like they say on their answering machine, they treat you like family.
Excellent service. Very courteous personnel. They have an automatic refill service that woks fairly well, but some times misses the mark. Otherwise they are very organized, from my experience. Emails are sent when my refills are ready. Would highly recommend.
What a gem of a pharmacy!! Quick prescription turn around, amazing staff, always willing to go above and beyond!! Life is good :-
Acton Vale is a breath of fresh air, a nice alternative to the large store pharmacies. The Pharmacist and support staff are awesome.
This pharmacy does not carry much of a supply. They often tried to give partial orders. The employees are very forgetful and act unprofessional often. I would much rather pick my medication up in the city then deal with business.
