If I could give them zero stars, I would. 1 star is too many. The receptionist both of them who answer the phones leave you on hold until it rolls over to voicemail. I have been trying to get my prescription refilled for 2 wks!!! I have gone down there twice, 3 times if you include the visit. I have called, I don't know how many times. The place is a joke. I will be transferring ASAP.

UPDATE: Today my family and I fired Ada Helth First. I am so sad to leave Kacey but the rest of the staff is rude. With Kacey now only being there once a week it's not worth my time. I have loved this clinic for years. Kacey is the best provider, unfortunately she hasn't been available as much and the care has gone down with her absence. Now the lady answering phones has no care or compassion. I drive 1.5 hours to keep them as my doctor. I am considering finding a new provider due to the fact that the quality of care has decreased so much over the past year.

Horrible experience, they cut me completely off of my medicine that I’ve been on for nine years! Blocked my number and never return my phone calls. They don’t care about the patients nor the patient’s health. Absolutely horrible experience. Do not seek medical heath through this organization.

The staff at Ada First Health is great. They are so sweet and listen to you in order to help. Dr. Rhodes is exceptional and explains everything so well. Everyone there is very professional and caring.

Worst service I’ve ever had. I have to ask several times for a referral then I get put on hold REPEATEDLY. Will definitely be transferring.

The staff of Ada Health First was accommodating and thorough! Dr. Kasey Brundige was exceptional and made me feel validated with my medical concerns. This is the kind of medical care to seek!

Hands down best primary care clinic in Ada. The ladies at AHF have helped me so much and always take care of me. This is a clinic you can get in quickly to be seen, and all of the staff is very caring and efficient.

They were very quick at getting me an appointment and very respectful over the phone. My questions and concerns were answered efficiently and with much hospitality and it's great to know you can get good health care weather you have insurance coverage or not, and their price to be seen is very affordable

Never in the waiting room for long AND kailee always listens to what i have to say and doesn't disregard my thoughts or suspicion of what is wrong with me. She really listens and anytime I need to be seen right away they work me right in.

The people who is taking the calls are rude, I’m thinking to go to another PCP office because I feel like I’m not being care the way it should be, I haven’t resolved my health issues,I think my Doctor is not taking my health problem seriously ,is sad but it is what it is.
