I've used Ada Storage for over 20 years and never had a problem

A to storage is absolutely the best storage unit facility I have ever used. I have been there for 25 years, and Shirlene, the lady at the front desk is the nicest lady you will ever meet. She is very professional and nice and sticks to the rules that's what makes Ada storage so awesome.

My experience here is always a pleasure of course always wishing prices could be lower LOL Ada's storage is always professional friendly and I appreciate the business

PRICES are Cheaper than ANY Other Storage Units in Boise or The Treasure Valley!! I had a LARGE Storage unit At ADA STORAGE INC for 8 Long Years... Shirleen Titus, Who Runs the Office & handles The Storage Units, is one of The Friendliest Person You will ever Meet! She Cares about Each one of Her Customers like Your Family!! I finally was able to Move out on My Own, after Being Sick & Living with Other Family Members Before I got My Own Place again, that was 6 YEARS ago & I Still am Friends with Shirleen Titus She is a One Of a Kind, Just Simply Awesome!!

We looked high and low for a place to put our extras. Everyone is always priced so high. This place is well kept. The staff are always friendly. Best storage around!

Shirlene titus is class act. We had an to clean up my brother's unit. She was so patient and very nice. I highly recommend this place.

Great Voice to hear the directions. I am always looking at the phone to make the right turns or left turns, making sure I haven't passed Destination.or late to business meeting TG FOR Google Maps! Thanks for the loud clear voice, don't have to look at phone all the time. Thank You Again!!!!

Charlene is very sweet and attentive the assistant not so much she is rude and abrasive but we still love the facility
