I’ve used both adagio health and wic. The staff for both offices are great and me and my children have received good care from both facilities. Adagio has knowledgeable doctors and they are understanding and wic is a great resource with great benefits for parents who need help. Zero complaints.

i went here for about a year. the last checkup i had was awful. the physician didn’t even know my name. they said i was lying about my last appointment, which a doctor should never try and say a patient is lying. i was not lying, but she insisted i was. they were horrible.

Get checked quarterly, obtain anti family packs, and learn about chemaluminecences. Fyi, if you went to jail or are a veteran, the new HIPPA Guidlines allow them to exploit your personal information. Its on page 2 paragraph 4 of the hippa contract you. Signed. Hello Jodi

If I could leave negative stars I would. It was my friend's first time going to a gyno on their own and the whole time the doctor just berated them on their weight. My friend explained that they were going to see a weight specialist and the doctor still refused to perform a check up. The doctor also made them do their own swab. Worst healthcare in Newcastle. Go somewhere else if you can.

The office staff were so kind and caring to me. They made me feel welcomed as if I was a part of their family. The nurse practitioner answered all my questions and I did not feel nervous or a bother!

I received a fairly quick appointment when I called, waited only a very few minutes, and was treated with respect by the staff and all but one doctor If you are having a colposcopy, I'll tell you that it REALLY hurts and that doctor did not make it any more comfortable with her manner!.

Extremely long wait, have an appointment? Doesnt matter, be expected to wait a minimum of an hour. Their social distancing rules they have in place also dont allow like more than 5 ppl in the waiting room, so be expected to wait up to an hour in your car. The icing on the cake? The employees are rude.

Office is almost always "closed for a staff meeting" with inaccurate return times. It took me almost a full month just to get my own health records.... ridiculous. Clearly the staff is so poor at doing their jobs, that they need re-trained at least twice weekly.

They refused to look at my breast when i had all the signs of breast cancer, because " i had a doctor" yeah a doctor i hadnt seen in 4 years for a reason!! Who is also out if the country for the month!! Still refused.
