I don't think I have ever been happier with how my hair turned out! Chas did an amazing job. I have a very sensitive head cant do pony tails or most styles and she was very careful so I did not have any pain. She was great company and corrected my complaint about wanting more highlights than I got initially. She is great and I highly recommend her and this salon.

My fiancee has been going to Adam Cole for a while and suggested I go there for my hair cuts since they also do men's cuts. Marina has been amazing and keeps a log of what she did. We had been slowly making changes to my haircut and I couldn't be happier.

Excellent environment, stylists, and other staff. I've seen 2 stylists there so far and both were awesome. Highly recommended!

I am from out of town and had called to schedule an appointment a few weeks before an event for a style and blowout. The morning of the appointment, I called to confirm and the salon said that there were no appointments under my name and that I should not come in. About 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, I received a call from the stylist asking me why I had missed my appointment. The lack of organization with the booking system wasted both my time as well as my stylists time. This also left me scrambling and unable to get my hair ready for my best friends wedding.  Very disappointed in this service and would caution users to triple check their appointments prior to booking here.

I had been in denial about the departure of my stylist from State College for nearly nine months until I realized that I desperately needed a haircut and she's blissfully happy in Florida, so I had to move on! I considered the remaining staff at that salon, but no one really jumped out at me as an adequate replacement, let alone someone I could "bond" with - let's face it, the stylist/client relationship is special! So I started reading reviews of other local salons, looking more for an overall sense of service and satisfaction with the SALON, not one particular individual. I was pleased with the reviews I read about Adam Cole Salon and Spa and decided to let fate determine who I'd see for my first visit. I got an appointment with Marina. As a new client, I was pleased with the amount of time she spent during my consultation - asking about my current hair care routine, what I wanted, what she saw, what she suggested, and agreeing on a course of action. Marina explained each product as she used it, which I appreciated. Her shampooing technique was wonderful and very relaxing. We enjoyed a pleasant conversation during the cut. My hair looked so much healthier and vibrant when Marina was done blow-drying and styling it! Of course the true test of a good haircut is being able to recreate that same look/feel on my own, which I did this morning. I am so pleased! Five stars to Marina and Adam Cole Salon and Spa for a wonderful first-time experience!

Very nice place! I have been going here for years and getting my hair done. The sylists always listen to me well and help me decide what I want to do with my hair.

Shannon is the best. I’ve been going to her for 5+ years. I’ve had to meet with a few other stylists when i couldn’t get in with Shannon Paula, marlena sp? and they were also great. They do a lot of training in house so all of the stylists are really fantastic and personable. If they are booked up - ask to get on their cancellation list and the will normally fit you in!

Shannon not only has the skills to make you feel that your hair is safe under her scissors, but she listens, understands, and caters her work to the individual she’s styling. I had a hard time finding someone I could trust with my hair. Grateful to Shannon and all the Adam Cole staff for providing me with a great place to care for my hair.
