Adam Sanford is a leading trainer and fitness instructor who helps shape lives of clients in New York City. The belief that movement is a lifestyle allows him to create programs for his clients that are unique and inspiring. His philosophy is that fitness is a form of self love, and the effort you put into your workouts will make you better on the inside and the out. Adam is committed to to creating happy, healthy bodies and pushing his clients to change their lives.
Adam is a professional dancer performing in production across the U.S. and on Broadway. As a dancer he quickly realized the importance of maintaing a strong and healthy body; this realization lead him to become a trainer. His certifications include: NASM CPT and CES, ACE pre and postnatal exercise specialist , as well as being a certified Precision Nutrition Sports and Exercise Nutritionist. From 2012- 2015 Adam served as Director of Men’s Programming at AKT InMotion on NYC. He assisted in the growth and development of the program and helped design AKT’s signature male classes. Currently, Adam is the founder of The Collection, a workout that includes elements of dance, strength and endurance training in a regime that defines the body and lifts the soul.
