Unfortunately, our family had to use the services of Adam's Funeral Home twice in the last six months. After long, hard illnesses, my mother and father-in-law passed away but planning for what to do when the time finally did come just wasn't something we tackled during the time spent caring for them. During the intense, emotional and devastating death of the first parent, Mark and his team were exactly what the family needed to navigate the final tasks. From the very first phone call to the final farewell, we were treated with honesty, respect and warmth. It wasn't fake or just business; it was like having a close friend or relative in the business that could take all the confusion and headaches away while we could concentrate on just coping with the grief process. When the second parent passed, it was obvious that we needed Mark's care and expertise. The second experience was even more of what we got initially; it really did seem like they were family. All of Mark's team knew how to strike the perfect balance of being right there when needed but not intrusive at all. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and honesty of the Adam's team in a field that has gotten a bit of a bad reputation over the years. They provide you with all information you need to make an informed decision without steering you in a direction to purchase services that are high dollar and you might not need or want. My father in law passed away and we were having a very hard time figuring everything out with finances/arrangements. Byron and Mark were fantastic with all of the details and the presentation of the decreased, was impressive. They made a terrible time much easier for all of us. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
