The management doesn’t do anything except gossip about everyone business with the maintenance. The electrical box was bad when I moved here it blew my ac unit and they don’t care sat without electric from Saturday to Tuesday not okay and the lights are not out yet I was told 160 was going up yeah right you guys are mess around with someone dangerous that’s why Toby has a black eye out here running his mouth about everyone else and he supposed to be sick on dialysis 3x a week. How can he take care of a trailer park.
So this place is okay the managers don't allow any pools or trampolines but the upsides are everything is close and they have a basketball court
Would NOT recommend buying a home from them or living here. They do not care about the people living here. They up the lot rent every single year. They won’t fix anything. The plumbing here is awful and have had horrible flooding issues. I’ve lived here coming up on 6 years and hate it. If I had the money to move my trailer out I would. They can’t keep a manager and they will tell you they’ll fix stuff in your warranty period and leave you hanging so it won’t be covered under the warranty. They lie and are just absolutely horrible.
I’m an older single disabled mom, I do struggle with rent from time to time but Mike does his best because he knows I always pay including late payment. It is a nice clean park just wish we were allowed to have more for the kids outside like small pools etc! I inherited a dog from neighbors that moved and left her and get in trouble every so often bc I’m not always able to walk her and have to turn her loose. But over all Mike the property manager has worked with me ! If you are strong and able it’s a great place but if you are disabled and need help don’t count on it from maintenance or your neighbors because they won’t offer to help and when you ask they are quick to disappear!
Doesn't look like what other parks or what you would think a trailer park looks like. Clean , kept up on landscape , has a park , plenty of kids , no drama , speedbumps so no one speeds . Very nice not like other trailer parks.
I moved here when i was 17 yrs old with my first husband mike gordon and we loved it for a while but it chamged hands and it got terrible. I wouldnt reccomend this to anyone
My husband I have been fighting now for over a year to get our security deposit back. We are owed money and we are getting a run around. We lived there for 4 years great tenants, never late or missed payments. This place is hoping we give up.
Wonderful community and the people that live here are kind and nice. Mike is such a wonderful landlord and great person and his maintenance crew are amazing as well. In my 49 years of living in all different places this is by far the best place as a caring community and caring people that run the community.
Lived there several years ago. The manager there tried to steal our mobile home out from under us. We only owed 2,000 on it and he tried to sell it to someone else for 15,000. On top of that he spread nasty rumors about us that were absolutely untrue. He can be a very nasty man if he doesn't get his way. I would never recommend anyone buy a mobile home there.
Management very friendly and helpful. Good to work with.
