I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law but was told that the shop was low on inventory due to a local funeral. The owner was very apologetic but promised that she would put together a nice arrangement from what she had on hand. The flowers were beautiful and arrived the next morning. My sister-in-law said they still look "fabulous" five days later. I live out of state but would highly recommend them based on this experience.
I live in central Florida, My Uncle passed in Indiana and I needed to send an arrangement to his funeral. After calling several flower shops in the area that either didn't answer or only had the option of a voicemail ? Vicki at Add Love answered right away. She was extremely helpful and put together the perfect flower arrangement.. Sent me a photo after it was complete. Thanks for the customer service and personal attention !!
My sister bought flowers today for my Aunt and she delivered the most pathetic flower arrangement I've ever seen. She blamed it on the Nursing home and she said they messed them up. The flowers were daisies and minature roses. The ribbon was crooked. She refused to make this right. She takes no responsibility for her amateur looking work . She is price gouging and will not even try to make her customers happy. Stay away from this flower shop.
Our family has been using Add Love for many years. Weddings, hospital stays, birthdays, and funerals. Always appreciated Vicki and her moms personal touch and attention. Now living out of state I am sure of their selections being perfect for each occasion.
Ordered flowers on Saturday. Ordered a low yellow basket with Lilly’s, roses, mums & eucalyptus & 2 dried pods in it. The lady that answered said they didn’t have yellow. So I said can you make it look similar with pink? She said it would have to be pink & white. I said ok. My friend sent me a picture & I was shocked!!!! I live in another state. What came was a vase with 4 pink Lillys, Daisy’s, Alstoemerra, small white roses. And to top it off a pink bow tied around the vase. Not even a nice bow I was shocked! I can get the same arrangement @ the grocery store for $19.99. So I called this am to talk about it. I asked for the manager & she said she was. I was polite but told her I was disappointed in what was sent. She basically said you get what you pay for. I said it looks nothing like I ordered. She said you wanted to stay in the lower price range which was $45.00. I said I usually order from George Thomas but I thought I would give someone else a try. She said “you wouldn’t get anything nice for that price from George Thomas”. I just looked on GT website & saw 12 arrangements for $45.00. My total bill was $58.85! She said she would give me a discount on my next order! I Would Never Use this Florist Again!!!!!!!!! I had a problem with George Thomas probably 4 years ago, I called them and guess what!!!! They delivered a new arrangement to my sister FREE!!! Sorry George Thomas that I didn’t call you this time. But will from now on!!!!
This place is fantastic! I needed flowers delivered same day and ordered them after 1pm that day. The women that answered the phone was very helpful and friendly, and had no issue get the the flowers put together and sent that day. I won’t go anywhere else for flowers.
Nice arrangement but some of the flowers/ferns were already starting to wilt a little after 1 day. For the price I paid I would have expected the highest quality flowers.
