We visited during the Labor Day weekend for their sale. The store was packed but the staff were nothing short but helpful, friendly, and attentive. We were asked twice if everything was okay and if they could help with anything, as busy as the store was. The sales were great and they have a nice selection of items for everyone.
Maybe I am in the wrong so there’s that. Bought a pair of shoes online and took them out of the box, threw the box away and then proceeded to never put the shoes on bc they were not the right color. I bring the shoes to the store to return, have the receipt and the shoes never worn, but no box. They told me I could not return the shoes w no box. Okay fair enough. Had some Nikes I had to return same scenario, same day, same mall so I go do that. Simplest transaction, they took the shoes back and look at me weird when I said adidas didn’t do the same thing. Walk back over to adidas to see if there is anything I can do refund or even store credit and the manager male, 25ish says nope nothing bc they would have to damage it out w no box so they’d lose money. I asked if all their shoes are all in adidas boxes and it froze him. Going to the back isle and there are shoes w no adidas box but yet for sale. Awful experience w the manger and not being able to refund the shoes I bought less than 30 days ago. Didn’t push it but he clearly lied to me.
Grest service, sales staff was helpful, and we got an opportunity to get shoes we needed. We also enrolled on a special program for future sales and discounts.! We enjoyed the experience while finding new shoes!
What an amazing experience at this location. Ty was so helpful and with outstanding customer service. I even bought more. He has a special gift that you don't see often with people. He has also a natural way to connect with people. The reason I say this I was in this field of retail career over 20 years and my significant other was completely impressed as well. He owns its own business and we know what it takes and know when he sees a good asset for a company as well as I. Also, as I didn't know the other staff names working on that day. but the person recovering on the floor keep it so clean there were tourist trashing the area of the slides and they were just leaving them everywhere ever couple of mins after they left he was keeping in fully recovered and organized. I know how hard it is to keep yourself motived when people do those things, so bad but this store was resilient. Also, wanted to acknowledge- Que- queen -nickname I apologized if I get it wrong. Yesterday I asked for the manager on duty because I was concerned that they weren't going to get acknowledged for all there hard work because I called the customer service number and they really just had it for complaints and the lady said she would pass it on and she just need to see where to send the message and that was the customer service number so then I talked to Que- Queen- and she was so great and eased my concerns a little too. She had great customer service and had a fantastic conversations. So please acknowledge them or do something for them. There running your store great with resilience. I am very concerned and I will be checking in and seeing if they got acknowledged and I mean like a pizza party, and gift cards, bonus would probably just be so amazing if not I will acknowledge them and do it myself. SO please please acknowledge them especially Ty. I took the time out of my day and for two days have been making sure what they did is heard. My significant other is a really good customer of yours and collects shoes and love adidas . Even though we were buying for me that day and he didn't spend his usual amount we stilled ended up buying two things because of Ty. Thank you and I hope this message is heard! :
Went to pick my sneakers that I bought online and they were ready and the process was quick and easy. Great quality of service of the guys who work there.
We always go here. Shopping the deals is always great. But there is one employee was rude at checkout. the cashier was great, but one guy, i’d not get his name, came up to the register while our cashier asked if we wanted a bag for our gym bag we had purchased, and the guy says “yeah a bag for a bag” and all of us were just staring at him. We understand it was a joke, but it wasn’t funny, we were there at closing and we understand that they wanted to leave, but that employee can learn manners on top of the 2 other languages he was bragging about.
They must not like people buying their stuff because they make you work for it..I'm the 11th family in line and there are 8 more behind me. Not much the 2 cashier's can do though, just poor choices on the store's management.
The regular register employees are amazing but they had the shoe I wanted marked incorrectly and the leader would not honor the price for me - said system doesn't allow them too. So kinda bummed about it but whatever.
Great store very helpful good prices
While shopping in this store. Over 60$ worth of bath and body works products were stolen from me. The staff wasn't helpful and they said their cameras were "down". I am extremely disappointed with my experience here.
