Not only is the staff the BEST, the docs are very knowledgeable about this procedure and truly care about your health. This method compared to traditional chiropractic methods has allowed me to sleep better, function better and do things I haven’t done in a long time. I’m 59 years old and am enjoying being active again. Highly recommend this clinic.
My wife and I absolutely love this practice. They are always cheery, always call you by name and are knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. My body feels amazing when I consistently come here. My body balance and overall health have improved greatly since we began seeing the amazing Drs. Wes and Alison. They have created an amazing practice that leads with a fun-loving attitude and compassion.
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This new technique has many success stories and I'm optimistic for my results and goal is to live a long, active and healthy life. Highly recommend this clinic. If you can get lasting results by getting to the root of problems, is that not much better than getting temporary relief from traditional techniques which is like putting a bandaid on?!
Going to the doctor can be very nervous sometimes especially when you don’t know what’s wrong. But going to ADIO was absolutely incredible. Everyone was extremely nice very well spoken and explained everything to a level that was much higher than I’m used to at any other office. I would highly recommend this office as well as this company to anyone that needs chiropractic work.
Almost 2 hours of my time and $75 I'll never get back. I found ADIO through my insurance portal. I'm doing prenatal chiropractic care because my doula recommended it AND mostly importantly, because my insurance covers visits at 100%. If it was not a covered service, I wouldn't do it–period. While everyone was nice at the ADIO office, I felt deceived. They spent 45 min–1 hour going over my uncomplicated medical history, giving me a tour of the office, explaining their technique, and showing life-changing patient testimonials none of which I cared about except medical history, no one ever asked if this was a good use of my time. After spending an hour with various staff, I was told my initial assessment would be $75–and it would have been more $ if I was not pregnant to include x-rays. When I directly expressed my dissatisfaction of this, I was told the assessment was a contingency to receive care. If there's a contingency to receive care that's *not covered by insurance*, that should be stated upfront. It's absolutely my fault for agreeing to pay $75 for the assessment, I should have walked out and that's on me. Regardless, springing a charge on a patient after they've spent so much time in your office already feels like an intentional trap. Additionally, the dr told me "these assessments are almost never covered by insurance" but also said "we don't know what's covered by insurance until we call" in the same conversation. At the end of my visit, the staff told me my next visit would "to learn about their technique" and I could choose from preset days/times where they hold these visits. Again, I don't care about the technique. I care about receiving care, billing my insurance, and using my time efficiently. I don't know of any other service medical or otherwise where the caregiver spends so much time educating you on their process. If you hired a plumber, would you want them to explain "their technique", show you their toolbox, and verbally explain the process as they fixed your toilet? No, you'd just want your toilet fixed! Likewise, I didn't need my entire visit dictated to me.
Update: After 2 months of care, I am feeling incredible. Dr. Weston and Dr. Allyson really know how to fix issues and keep me feeling awesome, getting healthier day by day. I am sleeping so well, no more headaches, better posture, better eyesight :-D , no more weird body aches and pains randomly!! I feel wonderful mind and body!. Seeing them was the best thing I could have done for my health. I tell everyone I come across, make the initial appointment, see what real health is all about! Staff is amazing, location is beautiful, they really care about each and everyone of their patients. You can feel it! Dr. Thomas has a very kind, professional, fun manner. I learned a lot of useful information my first visit that makes me look forward to ongoing care. Office staff is very friendly. I am super excited to continue care and solve a few issues. After only a few weeks I am sleeping better, my headaches are gone and I feel generally better than I have in years. All the Dr.'s and staff are wonderful. Update 11/2022 Over a year of care and I am feeling physically stronger, no more pain, great sleep, and a better mood. Dr. Allyson is caring and she knows how to adjust areas needing attention. Chiropractic is now forever in my life.
Even after just a few weeks of treatments, ADIO has been able to diminish my nerve pain to the point where I can function normally -- something that I wasn't sure could be done. Keeping fingers crossed that continued treatment will completely stabilize my spine. Thank you ADIO! ...followup...spine stabilizing nicely. Nearly back to normal -- that is, normal for me. I just have to remember not to try to pick up those 30-pound sacks of bird seed and dog chow without first bracing myself! 2nd followup: had a bit of a setback with a sprained knee and a hard stumble, but have recovered quickly, with no recurring handicaps, thanks to the continuing adjustments. Movin' on!

After many years with "traditional" chiropractic manipulation with no permanent improvements, Dr. Weston has treated my severe neck issues and within months I've experienced far less pain then ever before!! I wish i would've known about this unique treatment years ago!! I highly recommend this chiropractic practice!!
I'm completely changing my review after what I've experienced at Adio. My son, because of a new job and work schedule, could not attend his appointments. He hasn't been to Adio for at least 2 months, possibly longer. About 4 days ago, Adio attempted to charge my bank $247 for a non-existent visit. Luckily, my bank denied the payment. When I called Adio, I was told I or my son would have to COME IN from Brighton to their offices and fill out a form w/an explanation as to why my son would no longer be a patient at Adio. While at his new job, my son got covid, then later got the flu, causing him to miss days of work, which is not allowed during a probationary period and his employment was terminated. He now has no $$$ w/which to pay for his visits. Nonetheless, my unemployed son now has to drive almost 30 miles and show up IN PERSON their policy in order for someone at Adio to make a decision from a form they're insisting he fill out as to whether they feel his reason is legitimate and whether they should continue to attempt to charge my checking account for non-existent visits. UNBELIEVABLE! Apparently you're not allowed to make your own decisions at Adio. Once they get hold of you, they don't appear to let go easily.
