Their broker advised me to select United Healthcare Care for my Medicaid Insurance. When United Health Care did not pay for any of my medical bills, I called my broker through AHI and they didn't return any of my calls. I attempted to call AHI directly and they didn't return calls either. I also left an email directly with AHI and they did not respond to that either. Please be careful when choosing brokers and Health Insurance plans. Never again.
I found my conversation with Jessica today extremely helpful in starting to re-navigate and update my healthcare plan. Not only was she pleasant and professional but was able to secure a navigator the same day so the process did not linger.
I worked with Crystal who was well-informed on insurances and helped me choose the best plan for me.

I don't know how this place is supposed to help you everything they claim to help you with, they can't seem to do. They promise to help you with rent assistance, housing and employment. Then all they do is suggest Salvation army and church organizations but they do absolutely nothing. They might be able to help if they spent more time working on your case instead going ga-ga over each. You never see either of them by themselves, like 2 puppy dogs. You can't help people when your stuck to each other like glue.
