love this doctor. He loves us to..very kind and actually cares about his patients! Would recommend if you want a doctor who spends his time with you asking questions not only about your health but what is going on in life. if u want a doctor where your in and out with what u went there for try the doctor down the road!!! Staff and appointments-Needs to work on answering the phone -10 points for that but they haven't been to rude yet..

My mom has been a patient of his for YEARS and has always had a great experience with Dr Adjei. He has always been kind and has listened to her needs. However the front staff is little to be desired. She always has to wait days before anyone calls her back and the same goes for rx refills. Sometimes weeks for a refill. She recently had a heart attack and needed to speak with a nurse because she wasn't having any luck with the front staff.. after a week, someone finally called her back and argued with her that they do call people back. When she tried explaining that, that was incorrect. She later recieved notice by email and letter that he had fired her as a patient. I know that he isn't aware of this, because he adores mt mom. They sit behind their desk, talking about patients and dont ever answer their phone. Are argumentative with people and give you attitude if you call them out.

Dr. Adjei and his PA's are excellent physicians. They are kind they listen to their patients they want their patients to get better they don't just rush him in check them off and rush them out. I love this office the staff are all so very nice and and very helpful and go out of their way the only reason they get four stars is because of the the phones and they're getting a new phone system in next week I think,, and if it changes the situation with the phones then I will give them five stars.

Great doctors and PA’s. Great lab techs. The front desk staff stinks. Answer the flipping phone. Acknowledge people standing in front of you. I won’t be backs JD I’ve been coming there for 16 years. Never again. It’s not worth it. I’ve put up with it for that long but today was the final straw. I know people are short staffed but this was ridiculous.

No one ever picks up the phone or calls back. I’ve literally tried every extension and still nothing. The doctor is good but staff and support is nonexistent.

Called and left a message about being positive on a home test for covid. The person who finally returned my call said they would put a message on the computer for the doctor to see what he thinks we need to do for treatment or possible getting a different test. 6 hours later they called back. Couldn't get to the phone and it went to messaging. They didn't leave a message.

My experience with the girls up front has been great. It is alittle frustrating when you don't get an answer when you call, however, each time I've left a message they mostly Becca calls me back within the hour. Dr . Adjei has been a great doctor for me. He takes awhile to get to you but I feel when he sees his patients he likes to hear about they're day, and has a wonderful way of making bad news seem not so bad. I've been going to him for many years, and I see Dr Patrick if need be. There could be changes in all Dr. Offices . My only complaint is he forgets about calling in my meds. But he gets to them when he can. I'm grateful.

I absolutely love Dr Adjei & Patrick which is his PA The entire office is very sweet & kind to me. I'm very glad my friend referred me to them. I just can't say enough great things about Dr Adjei & his whole entire staff I recommend him very highly! He's a wonderful Doctor as far as I'm concerned.

Dr. Adjei is a very friendly and thorough doctor. The staff is wonderful as well. Wait times can be a little long but that is because the doctor does not do a rush job but listens and takes great care of his patients. I have had good experiences and have not encountered any problems at this medical center.

Dr. Adjei is amazing! He is extremely thorough in his consultations and gives a firm impression that he is there to get to the root of the problem. It's very comforting knowing that the Doctor care about the patient to get background information and actually listens. I had an appointment at 930 and got there at 8 by mistake, I was able to be seen early and was in an hour before my appointment time! The staff were friendly and very helpful in answering questions. The one downside is the phone sometimes doesn't get answered and later in the day there's a lot of calls coming in so maybe they should get more phone handlers.
