Admirals Club - Bradley International Airport C24

The one star is due to one person...The rest of the staff were wonderful. I understand you close at 7:30pm and you wanted everyone out.... but some lady walks into the club at 7:30pm and stated and I quote " um excuse me um were closed now". I'm a new card member and just thought while waiting to travel I'd try out a lounge before leaving.... if this is what your club's about and all you have to offer, I'm done. I've done military time 10 years active & 18 in the reserves=28 total and I've worked in the department of corrections for over 20 years and I've retired from both with integrity. In both professions I've made it a point to treat people with respect and dignity until it was either rejected or exploited in some way shape or form... and yet I still never embarrassed anyone. $450 a year to get yelled at by someone who may not enjoy their job or may be having a bad night? I think not! I've had the card for less than a month and already I don't think it's worth it. As they say.... for every one bad experience it'll take at least 12 good ones for you to forget it. I just wanted to enjoy the fruits of my labor and in one fell swoop I found out I picked the rotten fruit. Thanks Admirals Club... for reminding me of what the bad blue berries of the bunch look and sound like. I guess I needed the wake-up call. Would it not have been appropriate for her to at least say ladies and gentlemen? Or maybe... talk past us to the other employees and say shut it down? Do you people even offer a class in etiquette? Maybe you should. I FEEL RIPPED OFF!

As a business traveler clubs are a respite for us. The staff is good and the food is the standard fare. As of today this club announced that it will be permanently closing as of October 15th 2018. Sad that people will be out of a position and we travelers lose a place to rest.

Great club in a midsized airport. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Wish it wasn't closing in October. It's one less reason to choose American Airlines when flying out of Bradley International.

Judith Wadsworth was outstanding. Our flight was cancelled and she worked so hard to get us on other flights to Amsterdam so we wouldn't miss our cruise. She was a Godsend.. thank you.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, really takes the sting out of frequent travel. The facility is clean but could stand a little updating. Plenty of comfortable seats and power stations.

Always helpful staff and well kept facilities make this a great place to wait for your next flight.

Excellent atmosphere. Relaxing, very clean, good refreshments, and great environment for getting work done.

Quieter and much more comfortable than the terminal. Staff are friendly and there are free refreshments.

This Admirals club is really cozy and is a nice place to pass the time until your flight.

Even flying 1st class cannot use the club. Flying has changed.
