Convenient service. RELENTLESS SALES PRESSURE! My company has been an ADP payroll customer for years but we will be jumping ship ASAP. As a small business, their payroll service does save us time but then we must endure endless sales calls and sales people lying to us, disguised as "account reps" who promise they aren't trying to sell something so they get directly to the decision maker, and then immediately begin to try and sell. They are relentless, and as soon as one sales attempt fails they send in another person. Disgusting!! Not worth the convenience. We are moving to Paychex or a local accountant.

8 weeks after submitting my direct deposit information for my checking account to ADP, I'm still getting all my pay sent to one of their pay cards. That wouldn't be a huge deal, if they ever sent it to me. I've requested one twice, and had to have my HR rep take time out of her day to go through their garbage customer service line to request the second one. They said they sent it, but here I am, 2 weeks after that and a week after the latest estimated arrival date, still without the card. Customer service is a joke, seemingly staffed mostly by people who only know enough English to repeat the options from the automated menu, and I'm seriously considering quitting this job just because the company they use for payroll is so atrocious.

ADP at this office is committing tax fraud. I blamed my former employer at the chambersburg diner,because hes also ripping me off on money he owes me according to my paystub, but hes blaming this place.how do you tax someone for $14.07 when I never filled out a W2 or W4 or anything from my employer?!I called the labor board and they said its tax fraud.i want my money and this taken care of.i tried calling but they refuse to talk to anyone and say they done have a line representative. Smh.

I HAVE DIRECT DEPOSIT WHiCH ENABLES ME TO HAVE MY PAY 2 DAYS LATER....NOT WITH THESE GUYS MY PAY COMES 11:00 AT NIGHT AND NOW THIS TIME ON THE 4TH OF JULY I DID NOT GET MY PAY AT ALL THIS IS THE WORSE PAYROLL IN AMERICA.

They took out 3 times the federal taxes that supposed to be taking out. They took 40 percent in federal taxes, not the standard 10 percent.

If there is an issue they won’t talk to you without getting a call from the people you work for. Do not waste your time with these people.
