My area differs a little bit from my office. This because I firmly believe in working where I live. This is for two reasons. The first is that living in the area I more knowledgeable about the locations, amenities, and market. The second is that my clients become individuals that I see at the grocery store, schools, restaurants, and many other places, so I never lose interactions. My area is Jonestown and Lago Vista, and also what I like to call North Suburbs of Austin. The quiet subdivisions with low crime rates and excellent schools, quick commute to Austin, and affordability of the homes. This area includes Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Anderson Mill, Jollyville, Avery Ranch, and Brushy Creek.
