I can prove this is the number one rated croissant in all of Reno. During the holidays put your order in early the line is out the door. Look at the size of the croissant in this photograph it is enough for two people. They don't ask you to tip like most places when you use your credit card. This is a service location where the staff absolutely loves working there.
Perenn Bakery in Midtown was a treat. The friendliness and hospitality of the staff was wonderful and made the atmosphere of their place even more inviting. The first day I had an amazing croissant with a cortado and I knew I had to go back to try their other items. The second day, I went in and had a chocolate croissant and that was equally amazing. Given their busy day, the staff even recognized me and I was so delighted they had the time to chat to help me pick out some goodies for the flight home. I highly recommend Perenn Bakery if you are ever in Reno. I surely will be back and hoping for sooner rather than later.
Food and service were amazing. Visiting Reno and this was definitely the highlight of the food we tried in the city. Got avocado toast, cinnamon roll croissant, granola bowl, and coffee, and all of it was outstanding. Vibe/decoration of the shop was also very nice and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice little bakery place in Midtown. The almond croissant was a little too sweet for me but it was still good. Their the pastry quality, drinks, merchants, the interior are all great!
Welcoming, friendly, delicious. I didn't know what bacon jam was, but on an English muffin with egg, it turned out to make for a compelling, savory breakfast experience.
I had a croissant from this bakery It was made even better because it was a gift from a friend. I warmed the croissant a bit in a toaster oven so that the air pockets would fill with warm air. Doing so also melted some of the butter on the outside of the croissant. The first bite was incedible, and so was every subsequent bite. This was a croissant made with skill and care to make sure it had many layers as well as a fluffy interior and crispy exterior. I highly recommend it.
Mochi muffin is a must try! Kind of sad that they only have light and dark roast, but the latte I had is great.
Pastries are delicious! Skip breakfast! Be prepared to wait- 50 minutes for three breakfast sandwiches and a $45 bill. The sandwiches were served on stale focaccia instead of the English muffin I was offered.
What an amazing introduction to a new fan favorite. A short wait to an exciting adventure in a meal. One of the best places in mid-town that we’ve ventured to in a while. The shop itself is well decorated and stocked up. Customer service here is clearly a priority and you can tell the regulars, who staff recognize and make few at home. This is the same way we felt when welcomed. A standard menu with an ever changing selection of fresh fantastic yummy treats!
