Great experience. Monica is very personable and knowledgeable. She was very helpful guiding me through selection of car and home insurance coverage . She came well recommended by my mom who had Monica as her home and car insurance agent for many years . Great communication. She took care of everything - saved me a lot of time and money. Told me what was important to buy and what wasn't and she did not make me buy unnecessary services. All I had to do is sign the papers . Anytime I had any questions Monica was always available . I could always get ahold of her without any delay. Overall great experience I highly recommend her!
