They are the worst company that you wanna buy security cameras from they’re worse company they sent me three more cameras, and I don’t ask for thems they are sitting in my living room floor still in the box. I stop payment because the camera do not do nothing. anybody they buy cameras from this company is w they are wasting their money and their customer service are big liars
I canceled my service at the end of my contract in January 2021. I don't believe ADT was actually providing monitoring services. I think this because my alarm had gone off multiple times, and I never once received a call from them. They said I needed to provide 30 days notice of cancelation. Fine, did that. They still drafted money out of my account the last 2 months.
Please stay away from any security system unless you have money to give out. They do not answer to cancel 3 day free trial. I been on hold for 2 hours and counting
We recently moved and ADT has sent four people to our house and multiple mailers. Every time we’ve let them know we use another service and appreciate the time. Nothing was a big deal until the last salesman. He came to our door and started telling us how our service doesn’t work and we said hey, appreciate your opinion. Then he said “so you’ll just wait until it doesn’t work to upgrade”. He then walked back to his truck and drove away. I don’t expect him to be thrilled he didn’t make a sale, but don’t be rude and oddly threatening just because we use another service. We were trying to be polite and it is posted we use another service. You chose to come up and talk to us anyway. Not impressed at all by the service.
The company was great selling their services. But, getting service is a struggle. They tell me that they don't have a direct phone member into each district office and so it has taken me at a minimum, 15 minutes to speak to a service representative.
