For as long as I can remember, I have been helping take care of my mom through Cervical Cancer & the long lasting effects of radiation. We saw Dr. Niu at his facility because of bladder and urinary tract issues. My mom normally prefers seeing female Drs, but we couldn't have been happier with our experience with Dr. Niu. He was professional, calming, thorough, knowledgeable and warm hearted. He made her feel like a person again and spoke in a way we could both understand. It takes a fine art to heal someone's ailments and their negative thoughts & Dr. Niu did just that. I would recommend him to anyone needing help. The was very friendly and made my mom feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I would recommend the facility as well.

Terrible waiting times... every single time.. and not just talking about running an hour behind.. I'm talking about hours of being behind.. unacceptable.. you would think over time this issue would be realized and resolved.

Having 4 kidney stents during my pregnancy due to kidney stones was not ideal and made it very difficult to accomplish every day tasks at times due to constant aches / pains. With stents and kidney stones I also experienced UTIs at times requiring overnight stays at the hospital for iv antibiotics. Although my pregnancy was difficult - Dr. Desouza, Christine Lyons and their team were always there when I needed them. They were always attentive to my health as well as the baby. If I was experiencing issues I was seen right away. The team followed up with me after every appointment and hospital stay. I always feel welcomed in the office and all staff are very personable. Amazing group would highly recommended them to anyone!

I met with Dr. Bruce and really appreciated his bedside manner. Had a good experience until I saw the bill. Almost $400 for a 20 minute consult! Wowzer! As a reference I am billed $263 for an annual physical that lasts about 30-40 minutes and includes blood work. I spend about the same amount of time with Dr. Kavish. I am so glad I have insurance! If you want to pay an arm and a leg for a procedure that can be done in an office setting for 1/5th the cost go to Adult Pediatric Urology. Check your insurance, you can have this procedure done for way less than these guys offer it. Adult Pediatric Urology your prices are not honest. This is why insurance rates are so high in America. Just yesterday I happened to talk to a neighbor who went to Adult Pediatric Urology just last year and he’s still paying for his procedure! He said he’s over $4,000 in now and still getting bills from Omaha and Sioux Falls their billing company. This is overpriced and dishonest! Good luck finding a place that bills honest. I will try and post back when I find one. On the hunt for a place that charges an honest rate.

Living with a leaking bladder is one of the worst experiences in my life. Not only does it slow you down on physical activity it also restricts so many things. I had been to other doctors about this and never went back for that 2nd appt. I wasn't comfortable enough to do it. My first appt with Dr. Mahal was great. He didn't make me feel like another prolapsed bladder. I really like him. Went off and got the surgery and it has been by far the best thing I have ever done. Two weeks into the new bladder placement and I am a new woman! I can't thank him enough and everyone that was involved. Life is great!

My initial consultation and surgery were both very good. No wait at all for either one. Everyone from admitting, billing, nursing and Dr. Horgan were so nice and professional. I loved Dr. Horgan's sense of Humor.

This is an amazing clinic with professionals doctors and nurses I would recommend to my family and friends. I highly recommend Dr. Euclid Desouza, he really knows his job and listens to patients.

Wouldn't recommend this place if it was the only place on earth. I would suggest you look elsewhere if you like your money to be used for actual services.
