My son and I went into this store today and Lopez spent 15 minutes helping us figure out 2 different options to use as a guide to install a mount for our customer. He was right!!!! Great customer service, very patient and knowledgeable. Give him a raise.
My family of 7 had broken down on 59N south of Meridian, MS, while heading back to Indiana. We had to call a wrecker and get towed the store to get our battery charged. When I say you all were a life saver that's just what I mean. The ladies working there stayed 30 mins after closing to charge our battery when they didn't have tooo. Thank you all soooo much.
I NEEDED WINDSHIELD WIPERS ON A RAINY DAY. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL, PATIENT AND KIND. SHE INSTALLED MY WIPERS IN THE RAIN. MY ONLY REGRET WAS I DIDNT GET HER NAME BEFORE I LEFT. MANY THANKS TO THE STAFF AT QUITMAN ADVANCE AUTO!
I usd to think this place had friendly service, but no more. I have spent $100's of dollars this year in parts and supplies. After installing windshield wiper fluid in my truck I was told i could not use the restroom. Never had problem before. I believe I will take my business elsewhere for now on.
Great store, everybody is incredibly friendly and helpful. Very clean store, shelves are always stocked and they run some really great sales from time to time. Order online and pickup is easy. If you need help with installation the staff will do a great job and give you some advice on how to do it yourself in the future. They offer a range of diagnostic testing as well and I think they offer tool rentals.
Konya Smith, my sales person, was absolutely wonderful!! He is very knowledgeable of auto parts for many vehicles.. He was so helpful to get me what I needed for my car and helped me save money by using the store ads.. he was very courteous and professional!!
Super friendly, and very helpful. No matter which Advance Auto Parts store I go the people are this way. This makes it easier to want to do business with the company in general.
Recently, my wife and I were traveling to Mobile. We began having car trouble and stopped at the Advanced Auto in Quitman, MS. Tyrrone went out of his way to help us. He made several calls to local shops for us. With his help we were back on our way in about and hour. I can’t thank him enough.
The store is conveniently located which is great but it's the associates who make the Quitman, Ms store. I'm not a mechanic and I have to figure things out on my own and these guys are great at helping me to do so.
The employees are very helpful at this place
