Battery failed on my Ram Truck. Took it to Advance and Mike did a great job helping out. Tested and installed a battery within 15 minutes, and was very knowledgable about the product. Great service, would highly recommend taking your vehicle here.

Just stopped in for a battery replacement for my daughter's car, and Mike was fantastic!  He explained every step along the way and helped our new driver understand some important things about car maintenance.  He was polite throughout the installation, quick and efficient, and was just a pleasure.  Will definitely return when I need anything auto related. Thanks Mike!

Needed a new tag light! The staff was so helpful! They did a wonderful job of helping me select the right light and helping me install it! It was a wonderful experience! I would recommend to everyone!

Despite O'Reilly's being next door and a bit closer, I much prefer Advance. Good staff, really helped me with a difficult wiper  blade issue. Don't trust Amazon "confirmed fit"

Went in today to try and buy a walker muffler, which is what advance sells and has in stock. The guy at the desk for some reason couldn’t grasp that the exhaust was custom and the year make and model will show something different. I just needed a single in single out 2.5 inch each side midsize muffler which I was able to get at another store by just saying what I said above. Instead, lazy employee tries to give me a flowmaster cause it was easier for him and less work, and that’s not what I wanted. I tired to explain yet again I need another walker since the exhaust is dual and I need to match them. Employee refused and was too lazy to walk in the back and grab one, instead got mad when I matched his attitude. It’s clearly not impossible since I was able to get 2 at the Fuquay store by explaining to them the same way I tried to at this location. The difference was the Fuquay employee actually did their job.

First time at this location. Walked through the aisles trying to find wheel covers and this old, decrepit employee yells at me I’m not supposed to be back there I need to ask. How am I supposed to know? It’s completely open and has no barriers or signs saying not to go down the aisles. He says he’ll be right with me. Five minutes go by and he continues to ignore me, another employee asks what I’m looking for, so I tell him. He says they don’t sell that and to check Amazon. Horrible attitude and customer service. Will not be back.

ASK FOR WYATT …. y’all seriously we had the best experience from this young man from the moment we walked in the door.  He greeted us immediately and with a pleasant attitude while his coworker was holding up the desk on his phone.  We knew the exact battery that we were coming for, yet Wyatt walked us over there and assisted anyway. He had an extremely pleasant attitude, and was the sole reason we will be back.  I will admit, we usually go to O’Reilly simply because their customer service is hard to beat but we would come back here just based on our interaction with Wyatt tonight.  10/10 customer service!  Please make sure that this review is noted with this young man’s performance.

George had outstanding Customer Service. Took his time and tried everything in his ability to help fix my truck!

Pulled in with electrical issue.  Associate was working hard on another customer's challenge.  Didn't rest for a second.  Finished rolled cart inside, grabbed battery tester and came right back out immediately to check me out.

I had an excellent experience with the Apex and Holly Springs locations of Advance. My Prius 12v battery needed to be replaced at 7:30 AM on a Wednesday morning. Staff at both locations were super nice and helpful. The Apex staff called to verify the battery was at the Holly Springs location and I made my way over. When I arrived ~20 minutes later, the Holly Springs folks had my battery ready for me when I walked in the door, they had the battery out on the counter and installed it I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Even though I was a bit frazzled, I felt heard, respected, and will not hesitate to recommend Advance Auto based on my experience. So incredibly grateful.
