Was standing at counter a while,  being ignored by employee. When I said I need oil and fuel filters, he just walked by like I wasn’t there. Don’t understand people these days. He is there to work, but I guess not. There are 4 auto parts stores in the same area. I’ll be going to another for now on.

Guy Angel helped me last week and went above and beyond to find me the correct part. Very knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend this parts store

So my experience was pleasant here at first. I have purchased a starter in which the old one was in dire need of replacement. The representative I spoke to was polite and respectful to my attention to detail. As usual I will thoroughly inspect the part before purchase. I have returned later during the day after enduring the cold of this day. The sales man invited me to his desk and unsympathetic and rude to my small deposit for returning Core the part. I've walked away but I will be calling the NY division of civil rights and I wish to speak to the owner. It is truly intolerable for me to put up with such professionalism. I've seen better behavior from my niece than this guy.

Advance Auto Team, Rarely do I take time to post general public reviews.  A recent store visit's compelled me to offer constructive feedback.  If business or managements' stresses are adversely affecting your judgment and actions you should strongly consider seeking and applying positive changes, personally and professionally.  All have good and bad days and I believe in second chances.  After several negative in-store experiences, witnessed and personal, where management before junior staff condescendingly showed no regard for clients' time and money, you've lost my confidence and respect.  Regardless of burdens don't lose focus on customer care and satisfaction if you plan to be profitable and survive.  Good luck.

I've only dealt with one or two People here and the Customer Service definitely needs improvement. A bit rude but it won't stop me from going there again because I'm an adult.

I have yet to have a good experience at this store and likely won't be heading back any time soon. The people who work there appear to be either understaffed or just really bad at time management. It took me 15 minutes of waiting in line behind someone to buy a single $2 funnel. Aside from the wait I received no useful information regarding my 2 previous purchases at this store and as a result ended up wasting $50 on an a.c. fix that I can't even use. Save yourself the trouble and go to AutoZone. They actually know a thing or two about cars and more importantly, care enough about their jobs to actually try and help you.

Prices are through the roof. One can of Sea Foam 12.99 at the counter, 11.99 on the display, the other store 8.99 just down the street.

help was great go wiper blades there and they even wanted to install for me but i did it my self
