This place sold me a battery from 2019 and has misleading online advertising. Purchased a battery online where the website stated a free install for my make and model. I walk into the store, and an associate glances at me and just looks back at their computer completely ignoring my presence. I walk to the counter and state I have an online order. Another associate comes up with my order, a battery, 2 wiper blades, and cleaning wipes. Then I’m told they can’t install the battery because it “might break” and I needed to take it to a mechanic. They claimed they don’t know how it is online, but had I purchased in-store, they would have informed me of this “issue”. They at least walked the battery to my car. I get home only to see they sold me a battery from 2019. We are in 2023!! I question if such an old battery should even be on their shelves. I returned all my items and went to Sam’s Club instead. Luckily there was no pushback in my return and thank God they didn’t install it as I would have been stuck with an old battery. I guess it worked out for the best. Sam’s Club installed my battery with no problem and everything came out cheaper ON TOP of paying for their membership. I will not be returning to Advanced Auto for ANY items. Highly disappointed in their lack of service.
The guy Kyle was very knowledgeable and used computer to get answers when not sure. Used diagnostic tool and borrowed a socket no charge. Good Stuff.

These guys are awesome! There were 3 men in there and all of them were so helpful especially the guy who rang up all of my clearance air fresheners. He went above to write down every piece of information that I need for all three wipers and direct me to the store that has them. Definitely recommend this store with those 3 guys working.
Manager was not very friendly. Store is small for advance auto.
This is the best parts store around. They usually always have everything in stock and the staff is always great and helpful and able to crack a good joke to cheer you up when you’re in the middle of busting knuckles and hunting down parts. Always the first place I check for parts and I will continue to support them. Thank you as always for everything guys!
I went there for an AC recharge kits and they they charged $50 for it. I was at Meijer two days later and that same kit was selling for $30. I thought it was ok cause I was getting a $15 rebate and after that arrived, I see that it's only good at Advanced Auto Parts so they lost this customer. Make someone wait 8 weeks to get the $15 back after overcharging $20 compared to other stores in the area.
Needed a new battery. Chris not only had my order ready he also installed it quickly for free! Great service indeed.
The people who work there have always helped with my needs and are willing to give that extra help
my favorite auto parts store 95% of the time they have what I need great discounts if you order through their online store ready for pickup when you go in close to home and staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and they stock more u.s. made Parts than most Auto Supply chains
