Had all the correct information for my vehicle. The parts specialist gave me the wrong parts for my car, and then when I went back in after I had figured it out, they were saying they didn't have it in stock but on the website it was & I even showed them specifically which part finally they gave the right ones but I had to go back again because they couldn't refund or exchange without the card I purchased with. Not very knowledgeable, and it seems they didn't care & were too busy talking with each other instead of giving better customer care.
Employees park their personal vehicles against the curb in front of the store. None of them have a shirt depicting they work at the store. They look as if they just rolled out of bed and came there. Employee assisting me was trying to give me incorrect parts and wouldn't listen....I will go elsewhere from now on. Place has gone way downhill since a few years ago.
Quick and easy service. A guy installed wipers for me who was very friendly. I wish they could install the rear one though.
This is an example of a good store with helpful courteous and friendly staff who know their way around the store. Thanks!

Matt at comercial sales hooked me up ...came out with a box of parts and still had a few dollars left in my wallet .good people and hepful. ...buy local keep the stores open you dont want to see what happenes when they are all gone .
Service was good as always, it's unfortunate that I received a 15% discount but wasn't able to use it at the store on line only. It should say that on your emails. It wouldn't have done me much good to order on line just to find out they wouldn't have some of the parts for a few days. I did get most of the brake parts when I was there and the employees were very helpful

This is great store. I was just there again yesterday. My back breaks are almost gone and need new rotors as well. I order online got 30% off and order was ready in 30 minutes. While I was picking up the nice lady looked up another part I might need and told me it was in stock as well. Great staff there.
Update ** - spoke with customer service and they called the Oneida store to set up the return for me. Larry is the manager handling this, and I'll go there in between jobs. Feeling a lot better about this now, especially since the Schumacher company never answered the phone or replied to my email. Very disappointed in Chrissy, the store manager's customer service skills. I spoke with an employee regarding a return of a battery pack to jump start vehicles that doesn't work. He was unfamiliar with how/if to return this and took down my information. I couldn't find the receipt at the time and so he took the sales info date and amount I got from credit card stmt to leave for store manager to look up the receipt and call me in am. She pretended she had no information and just asked "how can I help you." When I expressed irritation that she hadn't looked up the information he took down she replied she isn't required to do this because they don't accept returns of these products and claimed there was a sticker on the top of the item telling customer to not return this item to the store and that I was to call a 1800 #. Well! Ok then, this "manager" isn't going to do anything she isn't required to do for customers. I bet corporate would like to know that. I'm on hold with the company for this defective product and my next call will be Advanced Auto Corporate. It's a good thing I found the receipt because that TW store manager didn't even attempt to look up my purchase to assist me with a list receipt. ** Keep receipts if you purchase from Oneida and might need a return**
